RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I want you to absolutely love your jewelry, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase made through my website, or if you believe your order was damaged in transit, please contact me so I can make things right.  I offer full refunds or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order.

To make your return/exchange easy, send me an email within 14 days of receiving your order to leocadiak.orders@gmail.com.  Please include your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of the damage.  All returned/exchanged items must be unworn and in original condition complete with packaging, or I won’t be able to accept your return/exchange. Please note that Leocadia K. is not responsible for the shipping charges related to returns/exchanges for anything outside of damage/defect.

Please, don’t ship your order back until you receive confirmation from me that I can honor your return/exchange.  Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

When mailing your order back, please include ample padding to protect it during shipment. Leocadia K. is not responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way.

Upon receipt of your returned order in original condition, I will issue you a full refund for the original purchase price of the item(s)/exchange your piece(s) for a new one.

If you purchased your Leocadia K. jewelry from a retailer, please contact them directly for return/exchange information.

REPAIRS

I offer repairs free of charge for all normal wear and tear damage to items purchased through the Leocadia K. website. If your piece breaks or some hardware needs to be replaced, please contact me at: leocadiak.orders@gmail.com prior to mailing it back, so that I can assess the damage and we can work out a plan for repair. If the damage was caused by anything other than normal wear and tear, the customer is responsible for the cost of repair materials, labor and shipping both ways.

If you purchased your jewelry from a retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate the repair.
